Stuck in the dark?
Found a bug in Gloomroll Depths, lost a save, or want your name taken off a leaderboard? Email support@wettorchstudios.com and a real human will get back to you, usually within a couple of days.
Reporting a bug
Tell us your device (for example iPhone 15, iOS 27), the floor you were on, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
Saves and progress
Your hero, gold and stash are saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes your save, and we can't restore it from our side.
Leaderboard names
Leaderboards show the hero name you picked. If you want an entry removed, or spot an offensive name, email us the name and board.

No accounts, no ads, no tracking. The details are in our privacy policy.
